Room to room calls, Signal tones, Announcements

The indoor stations of TCS offer numerous options of door to door communication. Class rooms, offices, recreation rooms, faculty rooms as well as gymnasiums can be linked together. In such cases users have a direct line throughout the building and so can reach all colleagues and children any time. Also, individual calls can be done by the staff between single rooms. Also, it is possible to make announcements into single rooms without anybody having to answer such a call, as well as an acoustic room surveillance like a baby-phone. With systems of TCS the users are not bound to a fixed working place for room to room communication. The internal communication can be extended to a central announcement function. For the emission of signal tones or announcements users may use either an existing public address system (ELA) or TCS indoor stations resp. bell systems.

Door communication

With the video front door stations of TCS users have always the entrances of all buildings and sections in sight. The staff can see the visitors with indoor stations also equipped with video technology, speak with them and release the door. Of course, the door release can also be done automatically during delivery or collection hours or during freely-selectable time periods.

Telephone linking

Teachers and nurses as well as concierges, cleaning or kitchen staff are always on the go inside the building. Via linking of telephones with a TCS system they can be reached through landlineor mobile telephones any time. For this purpose, direct call buttons are installed at each indoor station with the right telephone number being stored - The colleagues are away by just one pushing of a button. More information

Video surveillance

The video surveillance of entrances and exits, property lines and other sensitive areas improves the saftey of a building and of all those who are inside. It can be done at one central video station or at various stations placed throughout the building. Apart of the discreet control possibility during operating hours a surveillance after business hours and during weekends can be done by the integration of image storage media in order to minimise the risk of burglary. Exit and access control

Smart technology instead of a big-sized bunch of keys: Code locks allow key-less access to rooms. Staff and colleagues get transponder cards which take over the function of usual keys and locks at the card reader stations. Each card gets individual access rights, tailor-made to the needs of the individual. These rights can be adjusted anytime. Visitors can get access rights with the help of numeric codes for designated rooms temporarily. With the exit control it is ensured that children cannot open closed doors to leave the building unattended. For exit control a door release button is installed at grown-ups' height to avoid the usage by children. More information
