Automatic door release for visitors during opening hours, the redirecting of door calls, of an elevator emergency call or of the video door communication to landline or mobile phones - the functional possibilities of the TCS systems can be easily adjusted to the demands of offices or administration buildings. For the communication systems of TCS already existing telephone systems or LAN networks can be used.

Door communication and telephone connection

Visitors can, at a separate bell button of a front door station, call various offices or departments in larger office or administration buildings. The staff can talk with visitors through TCS indoor stations and open the door or switch on the lights outside. During operating hours an automated door release by pushing a button can be activated. Front door stations for large plants

Especially in business buildings there are often systems with numerous companies, offices, working places. To reach all these call destinations, e.g. from a main entrance, is a technical challenge. TCS uses for this reason front door stations with integrated display to show the call destination. These front door stations can show more than 1.000 call destinations and so can be selected for door communication. The data management can be done comfortably with a PC.

Elevator communication

Standard feature. TCS offers product solutions to comply with existing service and security regulations. This function enables visitors to get into contact with the concierge desk or a technical service station directly out of the elevator in case of a technical malfunction. Access control at entrances

Numeric codes. A higher level of security is provided by transponder cards given to the users. With these cards doors can be opened. The most secure technology for access control, however, is a finger print reader. The manipulation-proof biometric data of relevant persons are read into the system and so are used for identification at the entrance. Further information

Video surveillance and network resp. Internet linking

A door communication system with video provides several advantages. With an improved and discreet operating control system the security gets higher in the whole building. Security staff can observe at one central or at various video indoor stations entrances or property lines as well as sensitive areas. Alternatively, the image storage function offers a passive surveillance. It stores camera images automatically in the case of an event. In such, the risk for burglaries gets less. With the help of network or internet linking employees can load the video image on their PC. The video surveillance can be used location-independently via internet. Further information
