
Elevator communication systems
The communication technology of TCS enables voice communication inside elevators or lifts in order to reach staff or a service in case of an emergency by pushing a button.
- Call initiation inside the elevator
- Communication with the concierge, the reception desk or caretaker
- Call redirection on to an external central station or on to a mobile telephone of a facility technician.
Especially in elevator systems the quick contact to a service station is a criteria, for which relevant technology is inevitable. TCS offers e.g. an interface to a telephone system resp. to the public telephone network. This is an ideal request to directly reach competent staff simply by pushing a button.
This function can be easily combined especially with other, application-depending system functions such as car parks, underground car parks or office and administration buildings.
