• 1. CHOOSE SIZE AND MATERIAL
  With the configurator, you can determine the dimensions, materials, colors and functions of front door stations yourself and plan a ready-to-install front door station with flush-mounted box. Bell buttons and built-in door loudspeakers can be pre-wired.
• 2. FUNCTIONS EASY TO SELECT
  Name badges (changed from the front), function modules and bell buttons can be arranged individually in a predefined grid. Personalize the front-door station with an engraving for street names, house numbers or floor signs.
• 3. SEND CONFIGURATION + VISUALIZATION ON YOUR PROJECT
  An Augmented Reality function shows the result at the entrance of a building or a facade. The design datafiles and a configuration number (IND number) are requested by e-mail in the last step. The TCS configurator generates a technical detail drawing as well as design data in DXF and STEPP format, which TCS can provide on request. The IND number is also a TCS article number and enables an easy and fast ordering process at electrical wholesalers. Without long waiting times, the Front door stations are complete automated manufactured (pre-wired on request) and labeled with state-of-the-art lasers or milling machines. The delivery times have been reduced from several weeks to 3-5 days by this digitalization process.

ELBRIGE INTERFACE

The TCS Individual Configurator is a browser-based software solution for functional 3D objects, with which products can be created in 3D for configuration and in a photorealistically visualized way. Suitable internet browsers are: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari. Configuration data (configuration ID, gross prices, short texts) between manufacturers and wholesalers are linked via ELBRIDGE – a standard for connecting shops of wholesalers to the product configurators of the industry. The interface technically standardizes the product selection process.
